Hello! I'm Bailey McAllister Reece, principal of Bailey McAllister Interiors based in Bedford, NY. I am passionate about the power of place, and the positive impact that a well-designed space can have on one's life. I love the creative and collaborative experience of working with clients on their homes. Organization, communication, and integrity are the foundation of my design process, and I believe they are critical to the success of a project.

My interior design career started in 2010 in New York, where I attended New York School of Interior Design, and had internships at Kemble Interiors and Bilhuber & Associates. After that, I worked for Kate Coughlin Interiors in Boston, then Palmer Weiss Interior Design and Anyon Design in San Francisco. 

My aesthetic style reflects this mix of influences, along with my own background, growing up in a soulful, old colonial in New England, then a bright and breezy house in southern California. I am drawn to design that is well-edited, personal, comfortable, and always just a bit lighthearted.
